Interested In A Commission?

A commission piece is a custom painting based on the requirements of the client.

For example, I was asked to create a piece that included the client’s 3 dogs, and provided me with a few more suggestions to get an idea for the feeling they wanted me to reflect in the painting.

The result is what you see here!

A woman stands in a room with natural light, looking at a large, detailed portrait of a lion's face on an easel. The woman has her hair tied up and is wearing a brown, fuzzy jacket.

Rule #1 Find the Right Artist

Before inquiring about a commission, have a good understanding of what it is you want and ensure that the artist you approach reflects the style of work you are looking for.

As you may notice, my specialty is painting animals in acrylic on canvas. If you are looking for a personal portrait or a custom painting of a car, you will appreciate working with an artist that specializes in these areas.

If my style of work fits your needs, please reach out and get started today!

Commission Pricing

I work with two main canvas sizes. Adjustments to the size can be discussed, but the smallest commission I will provide is 18 x 24in on a 1.5in frame.

  • Small: 18 x 24 in | $600

  • Large: 24 x 36 in | $900

NOTE: Time to complete a commission piece may vary so make sure you inquire months in advance if you want to give the art as a gift!
